AoS Warhammer Stormcast Eternals Concepts

Concept character art/ designs including the design process for an art test for Games Workshop to create new concepts for Stormcast Eternals range within the Warhammer Age of Sigmar IP. I started by researching the range, and then putting together the army range silhouette, using the base sizes to figure out the size ratio between each miniature. This gave me a deeper appreciation of the design language, but also helped indicate areas for expansion within the current range (see last page).
I explored many roughs (graphite) before working into more presentable concepts using multimedia with a cartoon influence. The idea here was to have enough in them to inspire, but not so much to detail specifically, so that they could be built further on (to show a sense of design for collaboration).
