Hector

After concepting the predator (Dev 01) for this guy; and feeling that Danny Zuko strut/vibe with my efforts...little known to me at the time; the brilliant Mike Corriero created a semi-aquatic creature that shared similarities - beating me to it, lol. Nothing like the sledgehammer of instagram scrolling crushing your Zuko strut in its tracks though similarities in another's designs, right, lol.

Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love Mikes' work, so I was humbled to think I was thinking along the lines of a respected pro like Mike...but dam, so gutted :D.

That meant then a slightly epic scramble to re-think, design and develop a different creature as I wanted to be as original as I possibly could (within my knowledge) for the Grand Space Opera: Light Age Competition.

Hey so -- for those who experience something similar; sometimes it's part of the process - keep going. Hector wouldn't exist otherwise :D.
