Rift Weaver

The idea was to create a weapon that could use the quantum world, to equalise the matter in a given volume with an anti version of it, thus removing it. Some sub-atomic particles only exist briefly as a coupled pair, then disappear as they cancel themselves out. So this weapon works rifting on that idea (almost like teleportation of chucks from the target and moving it elsewhere).

I figured this could happen in some grewsome and cool ways, so had a play :D
